Travis Kelce’s reaction to seeing Taylor Swift walk down the aisle revealed
He was down bad.
Sports commentator Joe Buck revealed Travis Kelce was a “puddle” of tears watching Taylor Swift walk down the aisle at their July 3 wedding.
“Travis was a puddle watching his nieces come down the little ramp that they built,” Buck disclosed on the “Rates & Barrels” podcast over the weekend, referring to Travis’ brother Jason Kelce’s daughters.
“And then, you know, when [Swift] walked out, he was a puddle,” the NFL play-by-play announcer, 57, added.
Though Buck confirmed the couple’s vows were “long,” he said they were “well written.”
“They were funny. They were sweet. They were emotional,” Buck shared.
Travis and Swift, both 36, exchanged vows inside New York City’s Madison Square Garden earlier this month.
Actor Adam Sandler officiated the garden-themed wedding, which was witnessed by more than 1,000 guests.
Selena Gomez, Bradley Cooper and girlfriend Gigi Hadid, Jennifer Lopez, Tom Cruise, Marcello Hernández and more attended the nuptials and followed a strict no-phone policy.
The bride and the groom both wore Christian Dior Haute Couture designed by the brand’s creative director, Jonathan Anderson.
Guests won lavish prizes during the reception, including designer bags and Cartier watches.
An insider told the Daily Mail that during the tight end’s 20-minute vows, the “Bad Blood” singer teared up when Travis “promised to protect her forever.”
Though the source claimed the three-time Super Bowl champ seemed “nervous,” he “kept it together” during his promise to Swift.
Since the ceremony, the pair briefly went off the radar before they attended Travis’ former teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster’s wedding to Laura Kruk on July 10.
Two days later, the NFL star was seen arriving solo in Palm Beach, Florida, with the couple’s new dog.
