Pete Davidson called former rival Kanye West a “gay Nazi” during Netflix’s “The Roast of Kevin Hart” on Sunday.
The comedian fired a stray joke at the rapper about his past antisemitic behavior as he compared fellow roaster Tony Hinchcliffe to late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated last September.
“Tony reminds me of Charlie Kirk, and that’s he’s definitely been on camera letting a guy unload in his throat,” Davidson said onstage, as the audience gasped.
He continued, “‘Kill Tony.’ Please someone f–king ‘Kill Tony.’ Tony, nothing you say tonight will hurt my feelings. I was in a beef with Kanye, so I’ve taken shots from better gay Nazis.”
Davidson famously feuded with West, 48, when he dated the rapper’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, a few years ago.
In 2022, the “Gold Digger” rapper spread rumors that Davidson had AIDS, was a junkie and was gay.
West also claimed Davidson texted him “bragging” about sleeping with Kardashian, 45.
A source close to Davidson told Page Six at the time that the “Saturday Night Live” alum was “ignoring all of the Kanye hate out of respect for Kim.”
Davidson and Kardashian’s nine-month romance ended in August 2022, three months before Kardashian finalized her divorce from West, with whom she shares four children.
Kardashian is now dating British racing driver Lewis Hamilton, West is married to model Bianca Censori, and Davidson is in a relationship with Elsie Hewitt, who gave birth to their first child, daughter Scottie Rosie, in December.
In 2022, West went on several Jew-hating tirades that culminated in the “Flashing Lights” artist being dropped from several companies, including Adidas, Balenciaga and Gap.
He sparked further backlash in 2025 when he publicly proclaimed his love for Adolf Hitler, dubbed himself a Nazi and promoted merchandise featuring swastika imagery on his Yeezy website.
West issued an apology in a Wall Street Journal ad earlier this year and insisted that he’s “not a Nazi.”
The Grammy Award winner also blamed his antisemitic actions on a decades-old car accident that caused his bipolar disease.
“I regret and am deeply mortified by my actions in that state, and am committed to accountability, treatment, and meaningful change,” he wrote.
