Pete Davidson desperately tried to sell the home he was living in with Elsie Hewitt prior to their split.
The comedian initially listed the sprawling North Salem, New York, home for $2.495 million on Feb. 14.
Page Six can exclusively confirm that he slashed the price to $2.275 million on March 9, and a second time to $2.150 million on April 27, in an effort to quickly offload the residence.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom pad remains for sale — despite the $345,000 in price cuts, public records reveal.
Davidson initially listed the home for sale in September 2025 for $3.5 million, but ultimately ended up briefly renting out the 2,300-foot abode for $15,000 before re-listing the mansion in February.
The home — which is described as “a truly magical setting” in a real estate listing — boasts six acres of land, views of a pond, a private terraced garden, sauna, wine cellar, cold plunge tub, hot tub, gym and more amenities.
Davidson, 32, and Hewitt, 30, called the country abode — which the Staten Island native purchased in June 2023 for $2 million — home when they became pregnant with their daughter, Scottie, in December 2025.
Hewitt has posted various photos from inside the house, including in their pregnancy announcement post on Instagram.
The model has also posted photos holding their little one inside the country home with scenic views behind them.
In another post, she made coffee in the gourmet kitchen — which boasts amenities from granite countertops to custom backlit cabinetry.
Davidson told Mansion Global of living in North Salem, “It’s literally like living in paradise. The thing I hated about living in the city all the time was, I would wake up to so much noise, whether it would be garbage being picked up, or people fighting, or your neighbors or whatever’s going on on the street.
“In North Salem, I would wake up naturally, and I wouldn’t feel a thing; it was the most special feeling.”
The “Saturday Night Live” alum and model relocated to his Brooklyn apartment with their daughter after listing the home for sale, as he told the outlet he wanted to be closer to family.
The US Sun reported Davidson sold his waterfront Staten Island condo for a massive loss of $400,000 — a deal that became final days before the outlet reported the couple had split.
“Pete has been traveling so much for work, but Elsie was craving more support from him at home after their daughter was born,” a source claimed to the outlet. “It was very hard for him because, obviously, he has to work to make money.”
Another insider added that they are focusing “100% on Scottie” and “working out the best co-parenting solution.”
Page Six reported earlier this month that the couple was “navigating relationship struggles.”
Reps for Davidson and Hewitt did not respond to Page Six’s requests for comment on their split.
The “King of Staten Island” star began dating the model in March 2025.
Hewitt — who has previously been linked to Jason Sudeikis and Benny Blanco — announced her pregnancy with Davidson in a July 2025 Instagram post.
“Welp now everyone knows we had sex,” she captioned a carousel of images. They welcomed their daughter on Dec. 12.
