The allegations first surfaced in the 2020 docuseries Surviving Jeffrey Epstein, where music composer Christopher Mason recounted a friend’s recollection of the alleged encounter. According to the account, Maxwell noticed the then-19-year-old Hilton at a New York party and remarked that the heiress would be “perfect for Jeffrey,” reportedly asking for an introduction. At the time, Hilton had just signed with Donald Trump’s modeling agency.

Hilton Has “No Personal Recollection”

In a new interview published over the weekend, Hilton, now 44, spoke out, stating that she has no memory of the interaction, despite a widely circulated photograph taken at the event that shows her speaking with Donald Trump while Maxwell stands right beside them.

“I don’t even remember ever meeting her,” Hilton told The Sunday Times. She added that the story continues to resurface because of her status as a high-profile figure from that era: “I’m such a good clickbait name.”

Hilton emphasized that her focus now is on her role as an entrepreneur, activist, and mother, distancing herself from the tabloid-heavy socialite life of the early 2000s when the alleged encounter occurred.

The allegations highlight how many public figures, particularly young women, were unknowingly swept into the orbit of Epstein and Maxwell during the height of their social influence. Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year sentence for her role in aiding Epstein’s sexual abuse network, was known for using social events to target and recruit young girls for the late financier.

While Hilton downplays the personal memory of the interaction, the resurfacing of the claim comes as pressure mounts on the US Department of Justice to release additional files related to the investigation into Epstein’s extensive sexual abuse network.
