Noah Kahan Details Wellness Journey, Navigating Mental Health on Tour

“The ultimate cheat code in life is to find the vices that are inconsequential to your health, right?” Kahan posited. “And sometimes I feel like I have to stop myself when I’m drinking one. I’m like, ‘I’m doing something bad,’ and I’m worried that my old middle school principal’s watching me or something. And it’s like ‘no, this is good for you, and it’s good, and those two things can coexist at the same time.’”

As the 29-year-old put it, “I think it’s important for people growing up and looking at beverages and who want to drink soda realize that there’s something out there that’s just as good that’s not going to like make you feel gross.”

Plus, the packaging itself, is, as Kahan says so himself, “a beautiful looking can.”

“I was really happy with how it came out,” he revealed. “There’s all sorts of different motifs and symbols in the can—there’s music and there’s different, almost Keith Haring-style artwork on it that I think is really unique and individual. And yeah, I just love working with that and been really exciting to see how people connected with this this drink in particular.

But beyond the physical feeling that comes with drinking the soda—and the “striking” can—Kahan is also grateful to have found a collaborator who join him in championing mental health causes like the “New Perspective” artist’s Busyhead Project. In fact, Culture Pop donated $100,000 to Kahan’s organization as part of their partnership.
