Nicole Kidman, businessman Michael Reinstein enjoy poolside drinks in Italy
Spritz season.
Nicole Kidman and private equity businessman Michael Reinstein sipped on Aperol Spritzes while lounging poolside in Portofino, Italy, as seen in photos obtained by Page Six.
The pair giggled and smiled as they laid back on pool chairs at the Belmond Splendido Hotel this week.
At one point, Reinstein playfully lifted up the “Babygirl” star’s white straw hat from off her face.
The Regent founder leaned in close to Kidman on their pool chairs in another intimate moment.
Along with her straw hat, the 59-year-old actress wore a see-through white top over a blue bikini, as well as white shorts and a pair of Chanel flats.
She also carried a small straw bag with her when the pair left the pool.
Reinstein, meanwhile, had on a navy blue collared shirt, matching bathing suit, white and brown sneakers and black sunglasses.
Last weekend, Kidman and Reinstein were photographed having a friendly chat outside her Portofino hotel room.
Reinstein is a Los Angeles native who founded his global private equity firm in 2013, of which he is chairman and chief investment officer.
According to the Daily Mail, Kidman went to Italy with her daughters, Sunday, 18, and Faith, 15, whom she shares with ex-husband Keith Urban.
A source told the outlet Kidman is focused on finding “happiness” following her divorce.
“She never thought her marriage wouldn’t work out and she tried as best as she could to keep her family intact,” the insider shared. “Her daughters are her best friends, and she seems really content in her life.”
The source added of Kidman, “She’s so easy to get along with and kind. She keeps her personal life extremely private.”
Page Six has reached out to Kidman’s rep for comment.
The Oscar winner filed to end her and Urban’s marriage in September 2025, nearly two decades after they tied the knot.
The former couple finalized their divorce in January, agreeing to waive all rights to child and spousal support.
Two months later, Kidman broke her silence on the shock split, telling Variety she’s “always going to be moving toward what’s good.”
“What I’m grateful for is my family and keeping them as is and moving forward. That’s that,” she added.
In February, Page Six exclusively confirmed Kidman was a “single woman” after she was reportedly being pursued by multimillionaire businessman Paul Salem.
A source told us at the time: “She is not dating anyone, but she is a single woman.”
Kidman, the insider added, “is focused on her kids.”
