Though each person hid their face from cameras—their smiles and laughs visible even behind their phone shields—Jacob, in pictures obtained by DeuxMoi, could be seen behind the wheel with Kendall in the passenger seat while Kylie and Timothée shared the backseat with the group’s friend Renell Medrano.
The photos quickly became a hit on social media, with one user likening the lighthearted photos to the paparazzi snaps of Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton’s in their own car in 2006.
While Timothée and Kylie have been dating for over three years, making their joint appearance all the more usual, Kendall and Jacob being spotted together comes amid rumors that their longstanding friendship has taken a turn for the romantic.
