After E! News confirmed that Vanderpump Rules is dating his and estranged wife Brittany Cartwright’s former publicist, Lori Krebs, Taylor officially broke his silence on their relationship.
When a fan suggested in the comments of his July 29 Instagram post that Taylor should be the next Bachelor, he responded with a red heart emoji, writing, “No thanks I am taken.”
While the 47-year-old did not mention Krebs by name, a source previously confirmed their relationship to E! News, noting that there was no overlap with their romance and his 2024 split from Cartwright—with whom he shares 5-year-old son Cruz.
“There was never a years-long secret affair, and there was no romantic relationship while Jax and Brittany were together,” the source clarified. “Their relationship changed only in the last several months, after both had already been separated.”
Still, many were surprised by the news that Taylor and Krebs were dating, with former costar Kristen Doute voicing her disdain that Taylor would date someone who was so close to his ex-wife.
