Hilaria Baldwin flaunts fit figure in bikini as fans marvel at mom of 7
Hilaria Baldwin showed off her svelte physique in a skimpy bikini while sharing workout tips with her fans on Instagram.
In a video she shared on Saturday, the 42-year-old yoga instructor, who shares seven children with her husband Alec Baldwin, 68, was seen demonstrating glute training exercises in a bathroom.
Baldwin sported a red twist-front halter bikini top which she paired with red and white floral high-waisted bottoms. “The Baldwins” star accessorized with a silver necklace that had a diamond cross pendant and diamond stud earrings.
“Back in this bathroom…let’s work that butttttt…this carves out the space between the butt and the backs of the legs. 5-10 of each…3 sets,” Baldwin wrote in the caption.
In the clip, Baldwin, who stars on the Fox show ‘Nation’s Dumbest,’ placed her hands on the bathroom counter and performed a series of exercises including squats, kickbacks and lateral leg raises.
Baldwin’s fans heaped praise on the former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant in the comments section of her post.
“How many kids do you have and have the nerve to look like this?!” one Instagram user wrote.
“You look incredible!!” another chimed in.
“Ok. I need like 7 kids to look like this?? Sign me up!!” one fan wrote.
“You are my inspiration woman!” a social media user commented, as another added, “Wow. A mother of 7 and she is so fit. That’s dedication.”

Baldwin and Alec first met at a New York City restaurant in February 2011 and began dating later that year. The couple announced their engagement in April 2012 and tied the knot two months later.
The pair went on to welcome daughters Carmen Gabriela, 12, Maria Lucia, 5, and Ilaria Catalina, 3 and sons Rafael Thomas, 11, Leonardo Angel, 9, Romeo Alejandro, 8 and Eduardo, 5. Alec also shares daughter Ireland, 30, with his ex-wife Kim Basinger, 72.
Baldwin, who frequently shares videos of her workouts on Instagram, previously released the fitness DVD “@ Home with Hilaria Baldwin: Fit Mommy-to-Be Prenatal Yoga” and authored the 2016 wellness book “The Living Clearly Method.”
The Yoga Vida founder recently returned from a summer vacation in Spain, which marked her first time traveling as the only parent with her seven children.
Baldwin documented the “endless chaos” of flying alongside her brood across the Atlantic without Alec, though she shared that her children were surprisingly well-behaved during the long flight.
Baldwin and Alec are in the process of selling their $20 million Hamptons estate, as they plan to pivot to spending their future summers overseas in Spain.
On Sunday, Baldwin reminisced about the family’s recent trip in an Instagram post which included a carousel of photos and videos featuring her children.
“Back in New York… but still carrying a little piece of Spain with us… like falling asleep in random places during sobremesa,” she wrote. “Home isn’t always one place. It’s the people we love, and I’m so grateful my Baldwinitos are here with me every step of the way.”
