And before the owner of NYC-based Artifex Fine Jewelry crafted a diamond-encrusted wedding band for Swift, she constructed a true “Wi$h Li$t” design: A vintage-style 10-carat mine-cut diamond worth upwards of $1 million.
“I just thought her stuff was so cool,” Swift detailed. “So I had shown him a video like a year and a half ago and he was just paying attention to everything it turns out.”
When he dropped to one knee in his flower-filled backyard, she added, “I was like, ‘I know who made that, I know who made that!’ And also, ‘You listen to me.'”
It’s a love story, baby, though Swift’s not the only major star to have just said yes in the past year.
