Amanda Batula’s Stylist Reacts to Viral Reunion Hairdo

Amanda Batula and West Wilson‘s romance isn’t the only plot twist causing some backlash from Bravo fans.

As Summer House‘s drama-filled season 10 reunion reached part two this week, many viewers couldn’t help sharing their thoughts on Amanda’s unique and unexpectedly polarizing hairdo.

The look in question resembled a ponytail-bun hybrid, with half of Amanda’s slicked-back hair in a small bun while the bottom half of her brunette locks fell free down the back of the 34-year-old’s neck.

And, yes, Amanda’s hairstylist Olivia Halpin is very aware of the chatter surrounding her divisive creation.

Responding to the viral hair conversation, Olivia defended the look on Instagram June 3 cheekily writing, “the bun you love to hate.”

And hate some followers did.

“It’s giving I am running to the bathroom to puke and gotta get the hair out of the way,” one Instagram user replied, with another commenting, “Girllll the way I would never let anyone know I did this.”
