“90 Day Fiancé” stars Kenneth Niedermeier and Armando Rubio’s daughter Hannah has been rushed back to the ER after her ongoing medical emergency worsened.

“Unfortunately Hannah was admitted into the ER earlier today with some worsening of her physical symptoms. The doctors have been running test[s] and scans and will know more soon. Hannah is in good spirits,” Niedermeier shared in a Friday update on his Instagram Stories.

“We know so many of you care about Hannah and her progress and you deserve an update,” he closed, thanking all of his followers.

On Monday, the fathers revealed with their followers that Hannah was still experiencing partial blindness, facial drooping and weakness as a result of her unexpected brain bleed.

They also shared that the 13-year-old girl is still taking preventative anti-seizure medication as well as brain swelling medication.

Rubio — who originally experienced some troubles with getting into the U.S. to see his daughter in the hospital — also told TMZ that his daughter will need to stay in Arizona for more than a month while she recovers. The father is still on the hunt for an apartment in the area, but he added that the cost is very high.

The reality TV couple also announced on Monday that Hannah had been discharged from the hospital.

“I’m actually very happy, very just thrilled, and just my heart is so full to let you guys know that Hannah has been released from the hospital, which is the best news we could have right now,” Niedermeier said in a 3-part Instagram video..

“Ever since Armando got here, oh my God, she has just gotten better and better and gone leaps and bounds,” he added. “The doctors were so happy with her progress that they said, ‘Now, I think she would do better with you guys in a home setting.’”

Initially, Rubio stayed behind in their small Mexico town after he told Page Six on July 15 that he attempted to request a temporary humanitarian visa so he could support Hannah through her illness.

He shared that a US Customs and Border Protection supervisor told him those hadn’t been granted since 2025. He and his immigration attorney then pursued a separate emergency request.

“Every parent wants to be at their child’s bedside when they’re sick, and not being able to hold her hand or comfort her has been the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced,” he shared at the time.

On July 18, Rubio was able to reunite with his family in Arizona with an emergency humanitarian visa.

“We are very thankful for the amazing Customs & Border Patrol Officers in Arizona who ultimately approved and signed off on my visa & granted me entry into the United States,” Rubio shared in a July 18 Instagram post.
