Victoria Beckham reveals how she handles public’s ‘noise’ after feud with son Brooklyn

Victoria Beckham is blocking out the public “noise” as her feud with son Brooklyn continues to make headlines.

“I learned a long time ago to really not listen to the noise, not focus on the noise. Someone’s always going to have something to say. I just don’t pay attention to it if that makes any sense,” she explained during her Time100 panel on Wednesday.

“Someone else will deal with it,” she quipped. “I don’t want to know. That’s how I handle it, I suppose.”

“This has been happening since I was 20,” the fashion designer said of gossip surrounding her personal life. “So it’s been going on for a long time.

“I have an incredible husband who supports me enormously. We’re always there for each other,” she gushed, referring to her husband of almost 30 years, David Beckham.

Earlier this month, the Spice Girls singer finally broke her silence on the family’s estrangement from Brooklyn, insisting that all her and David have “ever tried to do” was “protect and love” their four children.

“I think that we’ve always – we love our children so much,” Victoria, 51, told the Wall Street Journal. “We’ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be.”

On Tuesday, Victoria reinforced those same sentiments during her appearance on “Today” — her first TV interview since Brooklyn blasted her and David in a shocking January Instagram post.

“We always put our children first. We love our children so much and we’ve always really focused on protecting our children,” she said.

Brooklyn, 27, reportedly began to distance himself from the Beckham clan after marrying his wife, Nicola Peltz, in April 2022.

Last summer, Page Six reported that the “Cookin’ With Brooklyn” star went “no contact” with his family.

The feud came to a head in January with Brooklyn’s scathing Instagram Story statement, in which he declared he does “not want to reconcile” with his family.

Also in the statement, Brooklyn claimed his parents attempted to “ruin [his] relationship” with Peltz even before their nuptials, as according to him, they never accepted her.

He also confirmed Page Six’s report that Victoria “ruined” their wedding day.

Despite Victoria and David’s desperate attempts to reconcile with their eldest son behind-the-scenes, Brooklyn appears to stand strongly with his wife, refusing any reunion.
