Warning: Spoilers ahead for Season 3 of “Euphoria.”
Sydney Sweeney once again shocked “Euphoria” fans after her controversial character, Cassie, dressed as a baby while making content for her OnlyFans account.
The surprising footage, included in a teaser trailer for what’s to come in the third and final season of the HBO hit, features Sweeney’s Cassie sporting pigtails while sucking on a pink pacifier.
She’s also dressed in a white diaper and a sheer pink top in the clip, holding her legs open with her chest on full display as someone else snaps pictures.
Elsewhere in the trailer for the drama’s final eight episodes, Sweeney’s character is seen driving a red Mercedes convertible and walking down the aisle to marry Jacob Elordi’s character, Nate.
“If more people knew me, I would be huge,” Cassie tells Maddy (Alexa Demie) in another upcoming scene.
Cassie’s OnlyFans baby costume, however, received mixed reactions from viewers.
Several “Euphoria” fans rushed to social media to slam the scene and question why Sweeney agreed to such a shocking storyline.
“Why did this girl accept the role?” one person tweeted. “I mean, you’re worth too much — why be a toy for people like that? Why humiliate yourself so much for a [show]?”
“Disgusting, who could ever look at this?” added another.
“How can I block an image?” a third viewer asked on X. “I literally hate it so much.”
Other fans, however, defended Sweeney and the OnlyFans controversial clip by arguing that “Euphoria” has featured salacious scenes since Season 1 premiered in June 2019.
“You are shocked by a show that is all about sexual fetishes and deviant sexual preferences?” one viewer asked.
“Isn’t her character an OnlyFans model or something now?” commented another, while a third fan noted, “Like, she didn’t volunteer for this. The writers did it.”
Sweeney’s reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Season 3 of “Euphoria” kicked off on HBO Sunday night.
Unlike the previous two seasons, which saw the main cast in high school, Season 3 follows the characters five years later as they navigate their early 20s.
Key storylines include Rue (Zendaya) struggling to pay off drug debts in Mexico, Jules (Hunter Schafer) pursuing art school and Lexi (Maude Apatow) working as a writer in Hollywood.
As for Cassie and Nate, they are engaged to be married. Nate is running his dad’s construction business, while housewife Cassie stays at home trying to raise money for their wedding through her OnlyFans career.
But the clip of Sweeney’s Cassie dressed as a baby wouldn’t be the first time she was teased filming content for her OnlyFans account.
The first trailer for Season 3 of “Euphoria,” released in January, featured Cassie dressed as a dog in a brown corset with a tail and ears.
She wags her tail while straddling a doghouse in the clip, all before turning around and smiling at the camera.
New episodes of “Euphoria” are available for streaming on HBO Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.
