Charcuterie grazing board
Assemble dip with a selection of fruits, vegetables, cheeses, nuts, crackers and charcuterie (cured meats) on a serving platter.
Ingredients
• Mainland Cheese Vintage Aged Cheddar (aged up to 24 months)
• Veggies (cucumbers, baby carrots)
• Fruits (grapes, fresh figs, assortment of berries)
• Nuts (walnuts, pistachios, macadamias)
• Carbs (water crackers, fruit and nut, crackers, grissini)
• Deli items (prosciutto, salami, semi sun-dried tomatoes, olives green and Kalamata)
• Fresh honeycomb
• Quince paste
• Decoration: rosemary, edible flowers.
How the pairings work
Mainland Vintage Aged Cheddar brings savoury depth and gentle sharpness, which pairs naturally with sweetness and crunch of the pairings. Honeycomb and quince paste soften the saltiness of the cheese, while fruit adds freshness and acidity. Nuts and crackers provide texture, making each bite more balanced. Together, the board shows how cheese that has been given time delivers flavour that carries effortlessly across a spread.
