Sadie Robertson Details “Boundaries” With Christian Huff Before Marriage

Before joining dynasties, Sadie Robertson and Christian Huff established some ground rules. 

The 29-year-old shared that she and her husband practiced abstinence before their marriage, explaining that they set up “physical boundaries” to ensure they were fulfilling their promise to God. 

At the top of the July 22 episode of the WOAH That’s Good podcast, Robertson played a 2021 clip of herself and Huff discussing their decision to abstain.

“We’re pursuing God’s plan for our life and for our relationship,” she said at the time. “And God’s plan is purity.”

The Duck Dynasty star felt like imposing specific rules would be ineffective because “when you have a boundary, you typically just go to the boundary line.” Instead, they decided to forgo a physical relationship to prioritize their faith. 

While Robertson admitted that “that wasn’t what our past looked like,” she emphasized that they made a conscious decision when choosing to commit to each other. 

“We had an opportunity when we came together for our future,” she continued, “for it to look different than like people that we dated in the past.”
