Lee Simmons, 50, has not publicly addressed Leissner’s legal problems. However, the designer—who also shares two adult daughters with her first husband Russell Simmons and a teenage son with ex Djimon Hounsou—alluded to her and Leissner’s breakup in a December interview with E! News, saying, “I’ve changed jobs, careers a few times, husbands, investments.”

“I am a boy mom. I was a girl mom,” she continued. “It’s life.”
