Katie Holmes just revived one of her most iconic fashion moments.

While attending the NYC premiere gala of Brunello Cucinelli’s documentary, “Brunello: The Gracious Visionary,” — and reuniting with “Dawson’s Creek” co-star Joshua Jackson — Holmes put a twist on the black-tie dress code.

The actress, 47, slipped into a floor-grazing silver sequin skirt by the Italian designer, of course, paired with a tucked-in crisp white tuxedo shirt.

The shirt was unbuttoned to her chest, slipping off her left shoulder to reveal a peekaboo black bra underneath.

The look recalls the 2019 moment when Holmes was spotted by the paparazzi in NYC in a Khaite cashmere cardigan and matching bra.

Who could forget the viral outfit, which she wore hailing a taxi with daughter Suri Cruise shortly after her breakup from longtime boyfriend Jamie Foxx?

Later, Holmes reflected on the moment, admitting, “Honestly, I wasn’t feeling so sexy. And I saw that and was like, ‘Sexy. I can do that!’”

Holmes’ crisp white button-down and ball skirt is another tried-and-true combination in fashion history.

Sharon Stone famously opted for a men’s Gap shirt with her purple silk Vera Wang skirt at the 1998 Oscars and one of Carolyn Bessette Kennedy’s most famous outfits was the same style in 1999.

Every time Holmes hits the red carpet, she makes a mark.
