Joseph, Kendra Duggar break down their financial woes in jail phone call

Disgraced reality stars Joseph and Kendra Duggar are trying to sell off their possessions to pay for a mounting pile of bills.

The couple broke down their financial woes in a 20-minute call while Joseph was locked up at Arkansas’ Washington County Correctional Facility last month.

In the call, obtained by Page Six, Kendra told Joseph that she didn’t know the exact cost they owe for a recent construction project, but that they “do need to pay” someone named Gale.

Joseph, 31, asked if they owed $3,200, but Kendra, 27, said that according to Joseph’s brother, Jed Duggar, the amount was $6,200.

The former “Counting On” star also told Kendra that they owe one construction firm $3,200 and a structural engineer $600 for work on their damaged home.

Earlier in the conversation, the couple — who share four children — discussed selling off their possessions to make money amid their legal woes.

“Maybe Jed can help us sell that one truck that we haven’t sold,” Joseph suggested to Kendra, who told her husband that his brother “already” had the truck “on the lot.”

Kendra also shared that Jed was considering selling more of Joseph’s possessions, including his trailer.

“So we need to talk about maybe next time, if you want to talk about selling some of the other things,” Kendra said.

Joseph agreed that since he has “multiple trailers,” he can keep the one Kendra was talking about and “get rid of the rest.”

Kendra told Joseph he could keep the tools for his trailer in the office garage area and sell the trailer “to get a little bit of cash.”

Page Six exclusively revealed that Joseph called Kendra every day while being held at the Washington County Correctional Facility.

During one call obtained by Page Six, Kendra told her husband that her anxiety is “on a whole other level” following his arrest.

“I didn’t know what to do or what to say or what to talk about … I was kind of just spiraling downhill,” she said.

Kendra also told Joseph that she was having trouble eating because of her anxiety.

Meanwhile, Joseph and Kendra (seen above) are also facing child endangerment charges in Arkansas. littleduggarfamily/Instagram
