Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos are struggling to process their “surreal” breakup as their canceled wedding date approaches.
The former couple have yet to “grasp what has happened,” a source revealed to the Daily Mail on Thursday.
“They’re both still processing the emotions of what was supposed to be their wedding just days away,” the insider added, noting that guests who planned to attend the April 10 wedding in Lake Como, Italy, “are still reaching out.”
The outlet noted that the NFL quarterback and his ex-fiancée, both 32, “can’t simply separate” and “still have to face each other” while raising their two young daughters — Margaret, 2, and Aurora, 10 months.
“They’re in the thick of it all,” the source claimed. “They haven’t even had the space to really cry or begin working through it. They are doing everything else to not focus on their relationship fully being over.”
While the pair are reportedly “holding up OK,” Prescott and Ramos are “both an emotional mess and really trying to put on a serious face.”
The insider concluded, “They are taking it day by day, but the next few days, especially as we get closer to what would have been their wedding, is going to be rough.”
Reps for Prescott and Ramos did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
News broke last month that the athlete and Ramos were no longer walking down the aisle.
The latter wrote an email to their loved ones, which read, “It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding.
“We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we welcome your prayers.”
Page Six reported that the duo, who have been together since 2023, called off their nuptials over alleged “infidelity issues.”
A source alleged that Ramos believes Prescott communicated with other women during their time together.

As for custody of their little ones, Ramos and Prescott have agreed to amicably negotiate a temporary custody arrangement.
The Dallas Cowboys player proposed to Ramos in October 2024, eight months after starting their family.
