Hearings continue into union misconduct; Mark Irving to give evidence

Good morning, and welcome to our live coverage of Queensland’s Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU and Misconduct in the Construction Industry.

It’s day three of the first hearing block, and today the inquiry is expected to hear evidence from the union’s administrator Mark Irving.

The hearing is due to start at 10am Brisbane time (11am AEDT) and to wrap up at 3.15pm, although the last two days of hearings have gone a little later.
