Hayden Panettiere Dead: Solange Knowles Honors Bring It On Costar 

“Upon arrival, medical assistance was administered,” a spokesperson for the Greenville Police Department shared in an Aug. 17 media releases obtained by E! News, “however, the individual, later identified as Hayden Panettiere, was pronounced deceased at the scene.”

Following the I Love You, Beth Cooper star’s death, her father Skip Panettiere detailed her family’s “profound sadness.”

“She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her” he told People in an Aug. 16 statement, “and to the millions who watched her onscreen.”

And Panettiere’s Nashville costar Connie Britton echoed the sentiment, sharing she has “no words” to describe her grief. 

As she wrote on Instagram Aug. 17, “Just heartbreak. I love you girl. Sleep easy now.”
