McRae said he is confident the Magpies have the depth to cover for his two stars.
The Saints now head out to battle, on a night the club wants to make a statement in a rare blockbuster, standalone clash.
“A little bit of anxiety, but I know we have done the work … proof will be in the pudding,” Saints coach Ross Lyon told Seven.
Lyon said the Saints have to handle the Magpies’ “outside game and counter punch”, and not be “too cute” with the ball in hand.
