Bunnie Xo addresses Jelly Roll’s affair ‘betrayal’ in brutally honest post-divorce chat
Bunnie Xo made a rare comment on her ex-husband Jelly Roll’s “betrayal,” nearly one year after the country singer went public with his infidelity.
The “Dumb Blonde” podcast host commiserated with guest Denise Richards during Monday’s episode about how “slimy” it feels to be involved in a cheating scandal.
“When I had gone through a situation with an affair, it’s not the act that hurts you,” the 46-year-old clarified. “It’s the lies. It’s just, like, whiplash.”
The former OnlyFans creator, who did not name Jelly Roll, added, “There’s no way to feel good about it. Betrayal trauma literally rewires your brain to not trust people, to just feel disgusting because you’re the last to know. Nobody ever wants to be the f–king last to know.”
Bunnie Xo called this “a different kind of hurt.”
The affair made headlines in October 2025 when Jelly Roll, 41, opened up about the years-old betrayal on the “Human School” podcast.
“I don’t talk about this publicly at all, but one of the worst moments of my adulthood was when I had an affair on my wife,” the country singer told listeners.
“I was hanging around a bunch of people that were cheating on their wives,” he recalled.
The Grammy winner noted that he “worked hard to repair the relationship” — a process “the repair has been special. And we’re stronger than we could have ever been.”
Bunnie Xo shared more in her “Stripped Down” memoir, published in February.
The ex-escort wrote that she contemplated suicide when Jelly Roll cheated a couple years after the pair wed in August 2016.
“The pain was so intense that I genuinely just wanted to end it all,” she remembered, noting that she ultimately “took a deep breath” and decided “tomorrow is a new day.”
She and Jelly Roll reconciled, even renewing their vows in 2023.
The pair, however, called it quits in May, with news of their breakup surfacing in June.
The duo finalized their divorce the following month and have continued speaking positively about each other.
Bunnie Xo made headlines in July for making out with “Calabasas Confidential” star Dylan Wolf at Jelly Roll’s bar — a choice she claimed he “had no issue at all” with.
The songwriter, for his part, had “started dating” by the time Bunnie Xo filmed her since-deleted divorce episode in June.
While his 18-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, Bailee Ann, cryptically said the reason behind the breakup would make the internet “crumble,” Bunnie Xo has since insisted there is “nothing to clear up.”
