‘Big Bang Theory’s Johnny Galecki Shares Rare Glimpse of His Wife and Kids at Disney World
The Big Bang Theory fans are in for a bazinga-worthy treat.
HBO Max revealed the first look at its upcoming spinoff series Stuart Fails to Save the Universe.
In the new photos, released April 27, Kevin Sussman—who portrayed Stuart Bloom on the CBS comedy from 2009 to 2019—reprises his role as the Pasadena comic bookstore owner for some out-of-this-world adventures.
Joined by friends Denise (Lauren Lapkus), Bert (Brian Posehn) and Barry (John Ross Bowie), the preview shows the foursome being transported from sunny Southern California to other dimensions, including a tropical locale and what appears to be a wartime battle.
The crew’s misadventures are all part of Stuart’s mission to save the world.
“Stuart Bloom is tasked with restoring reality after he breaks a device built by Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki),” as HBO Max’s series description reads, “accidentally bringing about a multiverse Armageddon. Stuart is aided in this quest by his girlfriend Denise, geologist friend Bert, and quantum physicist/all-around pain in the ass Barry Kripke.”
