It doesn’t get much more local than this. Stop at the Apollo Bay Fishermen’s Co-op for local-caught rockling to cook for dinner, although most tourists head for the co-op’s harbourside outlet to tuck into grilled southern rock lobster with garlic butter. Get the seafood platter for the best of the day’s catch, which might be squid, sand whiting, flounder or one of the other nine species of fish they’ve caught this past week.
