Amal Clooney knows how to make an entrance.
The human rights lawyer accompanied husband George Clooney to Monday night’s Chaplin Award Gala in New York City, ditching her typical fashion recipe in favor of a purple Balenciaga minidress and blinged-out jewelry.
She upped the glam with a dazzling pair of Panthère de Cartier tassel earrings that retail for a whopping $124,000.
Set in 18K gold, they feature the iconic panther head at the top with linked strands waterfalling down, with the pieces covered in 2.5 carats of diamonds.
Meanwhile, her off-the-shoulder dress boasted a voluminous top and slim miniskirt, complete with a long sash cascading down the back.
Her dress was straight off of Pierpaolo Piccioli’s spring 2026 Balenciaga runway, with the barrister straying from her recent penchant for vintage styles in favor of a new look.
She slipped into gold metallic heels that showed off her legs and coordinated clutch from Begum Khan.
Amal’s last after-hours leggy moment was back in January, when she traded her vintage Balmain Golden Globes gown for a 2022 Versace chainmail dress.
Meanwhile, George, who was the night’s honoree, told Page Six exclusively on the red carpet that he’ll be taking a step back in his career, focusing instead on his Clooney Foundation for Justice, which he established with Amal.
“I will be doing things that I find more fulfilling because I’m not chasing a career anymore,” he told us.
