A penis enhancement surgery has turned fatal for one influencer.

Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo—who also went by Denisi or Ego on social media—died after undergoing a genital enlargement procedure in Thailand, the coroner confirmed to TMZ Sept. 5. He was 43.

Ubiribo, a British-Nigerian businessman who documented his luxury lifestyle online, died of a pulmonary embolism—a sudden blockage of blood vessels in the lungs—caused by the cosmetic surgery, according to coroner Jean Harkin.

During a trip to Thailand with his wife Danielle Simba Allen in March, he had 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis, per an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court obtained by the outlet.

While the procedure can increase the length or girth of the penis, there can be several side effects, including loss of sensation, erectile dysfunction, infection, inflammation and “having a bend or kink in the new penis shape due to scarring,” according to the Cleveland Clinic.
