Kelly Osbourne Addresses Body-Shamers Over Weight While Being “Sick”
Kelly Osbourne‘s path to healing hasn’t been easy.
Following the death of her father Ozzy Osbourne in 2025 from a heart attack, the talk show host confessed how difficult it was to deal with outside scrutiny about her body on top of her family’s heartbreak.
“I didn’t navigate it—I wasn’t well,” Kelly told Hello Magazine in an interview published Aug. 31 of her response to body shaming that spiked after she appeared at the Brit Awards in February. “How can you navigate something so cruel when you’re so sick?”
Despite the negative attention, the 41-year-old has been able to make progress on her health, remarking, “I’m getting a lot better. I’ve got all the help I need. I’m grateful for the support I have in my life.”
And with her support system, including mom Sharon Osbourne as well as a therapist, Kelly has been able to put “one foot in front of the other” after relocating back to the U.K. from Los Angeles.
