Bethenny Frankel is serving in more ways than one.

When the serial entrepreneur’s not going viral for her beauty and fashion content, she’s influencing food trends with her “supermodel snack” videos. And now, with the launch of her Supermodel Café pop-up in East Quogue, Frankel’s bringing her creations to the masses.

“I wanted to launch the bagels that went viral on social media,” she told Page Six Style, saying she thinks she and her team “overshot the mark” with the the temporary storefront — which now also includes chicken salad, “lighter” cheesecakes and lattes made with Cumulus coffee.

But her “supermodel” branding goes well beyond baked goods and beverages, with Frankel telling us the “tongue-in-cheek” moniker is more like a state of mind.

“It’s just feeling good about yourself, being confident and knowing that confidence is so much more valuable and beautiful than the way you look,” explained Frankel, who said she’s observed that same philosophy backstage at Miami Swim Week and Paris Fashion Week.

But you needn’t be booking catwalk gigs to treat yourself like a top model. Below, Frankel shares some of her “supermodel staples,” from firming body cream to the Amazon heels she’s been wearing on repeat.

“Everyone is saying that they are obsessed with them or that they tried to get them. I wore them last night when I surprised everyone at the café.”

“Since [I started working on] the café, I haven’t walked this summer. And I looked at my legs and I’m like, ‘Oh, my legs are cottage cheese.’ The Beekman 1802 firming cream is excellent; it feels very luxurious and creamy.”

“I’m all about cream to foam. I’m wearing a lot of makeup this week, which is unusual, so it’s getting the makeup off.”
