Daveigh Chase’s father is remembering his late daughter on what would’ve been the actress’ 36th birthday with a heartbreaking message.

“Every day I am thinking about her constantly,” John Schwallier told the Daily Mail on Friday.

“The sad part is the only pictures I have of [Daveigh] is what I’ve printed on the internet, since her mother kept me away from her,” he claimed, referring to Daveigh’s mom, Cathy, who currently holds the “Lilo & Stitch” actress’ remains and is requesting to be named administrator of Daveigh’s $400,000 estate.

“She was taken from this life way too early,” Schwallier continued of his late daughter, who died just last month.

“I just want to wish her a happy birthday today and [tell her] that she is on my mind every day.”

Page Six has reached out to Cathy’s attorney for comment on Schwallier’s claim.

In court documents regarding the “Ring” actress’ estate, Cathy claimed she believes Schwallier “resides in the Philippines with an unknown address” but also “keeps properties” in Las Vegas.

Daveigh died at age 35 on June 16 after she was diagnosed with a case of meningitis and several “serious” bloods infection that turned her body septic, ultimately causing it to shut down.

It was later revealed by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office that the former child star’s cause of death was listed as acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and polysubstance use disorder.

At the time, Schwallier exclusively told The Post that hearing the LACME’s autopsy report “doesn’t surprise” him, and that “it’s something you sometimes have to expect with the lifestyle she was living.”

He also noted that he had not seen Daveigh in person since she was about 6, though they spoke on the phone as she was growing up.

“I had an empty feeling inside for not being with her for all these years,” he said.

As previously reported, Daveigh’s body was cremated and her remains were sent to her mother, Cathy, making her final resting place in Cathy’s Chatsworth, California, home.

Daveigh spent her final years allegedly living on Downtown Los Angeles’ infamous skid row after she fell victim to drug addiction.

After news of her death was reported, her longtime manager of more than a decade, John Ryan, exclusively told The Post that he and Daveigh’s stepsister, Gaia Brown, had been working with a private investigator for a year to track her down and get her some help.

At the end of 2025, Ryan said he was made aware of a video which allegedly showed Daveigh shockingly skinny and struggling on skid row.
