Anne Hathaway wore $50 Amazon sunglasses on ‘The Odyssey’ press tour
Anne Hathaway is embarking on a style odyssey.
The star’s been pulling out all the sartorial stops while promoting Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” this month, from leather Louis Vuitton looks to a baby bump-hugging Prada gown.
But while arriving at “The View” on Thursday, she paired her $3,100 Alaïa gown with an actually affordable style staple: Sojos Fire Coral Sunglasses, which are available on Amazon.
While they ring in at just under $50, the cat-eye lenses looked right at home alongside Hathaway’s gold Bulgari necklace and bracelets.
In addition to Hathaway’s classic black pick, they also come in peach and tortoiseshell — both of which feature the same coral-shaped acetate accent on the side.
One Amazon reviewer even compared the quality to “old Ray Bans from the 80s,” raving, “These are a great value for the cost, and I highly recommend them. I rarely give any reviews 5 stars, but these are worth it.”
Hathaway is hardly the only star mixing designer gowns with Sojos sunnies, as Bella Hadid paired the brand’s Camille Sunglasses with a Prada dress at Cannes earlier this summer.
Meanwhile, Kyle Richards regularly features the brand’s frames in her Amazon Lives, even declaring she’s fully ditched designer shades.
