As for his own love story, Sandler believes that, even if acting hadn’t worked out for him, he and Jackie would have found each other, somewhere, some way.
“I’d probably still be married to my wife, Jackie,” he said in January, shouting out his “forever girl” while accepting the Chairman’s Award at the 2026 Palm Springs International Film Festival. “That’s destiny, nothing stops that.”
