Blake Shelton needs to get himself out of this joint.
After all, the “‘Ol Red” singer was forced to miss the opening night of his wife Gwen Stefani’s residency at the Las Vegas Sphere alongside her band No Doubt, because he was performing at the exact same time at Caesars Palace.
“She’s over there at the other venue,” Blake said during his May 6 show in a video shared by @JPASC24 on social media. “What kind of d–khead books us on the same night every single night?”
To which the 49-year-old joked, “I think my manager did that, didn’t he?”
While Blake couldn’t be there to support his wife of nearly five years, the couple has proven they’re in it for the long haul. Earlier this year, the “Austin” singer shut down ongoing divorce rumors circulating the pair.
“Starting in October, I think, or maybe November, I started noticing these articles popping up about ‘Blake and Gwen, they’re split up,’” Blake shared during a January interview with Country Countdown USA. “‘They’re not even seeing each other anymore, they’re going through a divorce.’”
