North West is blinged-out — even in her smile.

The 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and noted metal mouth Kanye West debuted a new addition to her growing grills collection on Tik Tok Wednesday, smiling in 14-karat gold.

The solid white gold mouthpiece was crafted by Gabby Elan Jewelry, and were “designed to cover her top and bottom teeth (there are 20 caps in total),” per People.

In an Instagram post, the jeweler showed off the custom set, which was rendered in metallic teal, red and a classic gold.

The tween has previously been spotted wearing both the blue and red models in similar social media videos.

Multiple clips were posted on the account shared with her mom, which featured West dancing with friends, long blue hair parted in the middle and reaching well below her waist.

She further added to her shine factor with multiple spiked bracelets on each wrist and an oversized skull and crossbones chain around her neck — a custom Alex Moss New York gift from her mom with more than 106 carats of diamonds.

Just after the Christmas holiday, West shared a new pair of “shark grills,” another high-ticket item in her growing collection.

The most eye-catching of the bunch, the Johnny Dang-designed piece is covered in diamonds, with each tooth coming to a jagged point like the predator’s.

Plus, she has a pair of gothic all-black grills that she paired with faux tattoos and piercings that caused a stir online.

North also came under fire for promoting grills, be it solid gold or not, as an Australian dentist, Dr. Maheer Shah, urged parents not to allow their children to indulge in the Tik Tok-famous trend.

“For a young child, if you’re doing grills, the problem is that they’re going to grow and their teeth are going to shift. So often, I find if they’re really young, the grills just stop fitting after a couple of months,” he explained.

No problem for West, however. She’s certainly got more custom pieces at the ready.
