As for Madelyn, following her split from Outer Banks costar Chase Banks in 2021, the I Know What You Did Last Summer actress—who also dated Pete Davidson from 2023 to 2024—admitted that she’d learned quite a lot about herself after such a public romance.
“I think at the time I didn’t realize what the repercussions [were] of inviting so many people into something, let’s be honest, something that’s intimate,” Madelyn shared during an appearance on the Therapuss podcast in 2025. “I didn’t understand. I was just so in love. And, you know, people loved it. I think they loved it because of us.”
