Willie has been CEO of Duck Commander since 2002 but announced in June 2025 that he was “fully semi-retiring.”
He married fellow Harding University alum Korie Howard in 1992 and they share six children: Rebecca Robertson (born in Portland, Ore., and raised in Taiwan, she was 16 when she moved in with the family as an exchange student in 2004 and was embraced as one of their kids), John Luke Robertson, Sadie Robertson, Bella Robertson, Will Robertson Jr. (adopted in 2001 when he was 5 weeks old), and Rowdy Robertson (who was 13 when he was adopted in 2016).
As of the March 7, 2026, season two premiere of Duck Dynasty: The Revival, the couple are grandparents of 11: Luke and wife Mary Kate Robertson are parents of five, Sadie and husband Christian Huff have three daughters, and Rebecca is mom to sons Zane and Xander and daughter Holland with husband John Reed.
Will tied the knot with Abby Kay Robertson in 2023.
