Dave Portnoy claimed that he’s known about Amanda Batula and West Wilson’s secret romance from Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia since the Super Bowl in February.
“Yawn. Chickenfry told me this at the SuperBowl. Old news,” the Barstool Sports owner tweeted on Tuesday.
Wilson was spotted at the Super Bowl 2026 with ex Ciara Miller, sparking speculation that they were rekindling their 2023 romance.
In a TikTok shared by one of their friends, the “Summer House” co-stars stood next to each other while watching the game at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
One year prior, Wilson sparked dating rumors with LaPaglia, 26, when they hung out in New Orleans over the Super Bowl 2025 weekend.
“I think we made out last night,” Wilson told journalist Adam Glyn at the time. “So, yeah, it’s cool. It’s good.”
But Wilson clarified to Page Six that same weekend that he wasn’t dating LaPaglia.
“Guys, we’re not dating. … Dating is a crazy word,” the Bravo star said.
On Tuesday, Wilson and Batula, 34, confirmed the speculation about their relationship in a joint statement on Instagram.
Batula, who split from husband Kyle Cooke in January after four years of marriage, is best friends with Miller.
“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity,” Batula and Wilson began their statement.
The pair continued, “It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”
They also said that their relationship evolving from “a longstanding friendship” into a romance “was the last thing either of us expected.”
“We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless,” their statement added.
Following Batula and Wilson’s confession, a source connected to the situation told Page Six that the two are in a “full-blown relationship.”
The insider also noted that the rest of the “Summer House” cast — including Cooke and Miller — are “pissed” and “disappointed.”
The Batula-Wilson romance rumors began swirling on March 5 when a source told Deuxmoi they were spotted being “openly flirty, allegedly even holding hands under the table” at an event in New York City.
The topic came up during Wilson’s March 24 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” during which, he failed to outright deny the rumors.
“We’re just hanging out in New York. She’s single. I kinda gotta show her the streets, you know?” he said.
Wilson added, “If it’s not clear, that’s a very important person to me, and I, like, care about her a lot.”
