Summer House Amanda Batula, West Wilson Dating, Confirm Romance

Amanda Batula and West Wilson are embracing an entirely new season in their lives.

The Summer House costars—who’ve been the subject of relationship rumors in recent weeks—confirmed they’re dating in March 31 message posted to their respective Instagram accounts.

“It was never our intention to purposely hide anything,” the statement, addressing their “very new” romance, read. “Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”

“We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years,” they noted, “through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care.”

Amanda and West went on to note that as their “feelings evolved,” they “wanted to take time to understand exactly what” they were experiencing.
