The start of something new.
Vanessa Hudgens gave a glimpse of her postpartum hair loss experience via Instagram Stories on Monday.
“And so it begins,” the “High School Musical” star, 37, captioned a photo of loose strand in the palm of her hand.
The actress subsequently shared a selfie with her followers, clarifying, “Having a great hair day even with my hair loss lol.”
Hudgens, notably, gave birth to her and husband Cole Tucker’s second child in November 2025.
“Well…. I did it. Had another baby!!!” the former Disney Channel star captioned a hospital photo. “What a wild ride labor is.”
She concluded with a “big shout out to all the moms,” writing, “It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do.”
While Hudgens did not reveal the baby’s sex at the time, her partner spilled the beans in a January podcast episode.
The athlete, 29, told “Baseball Isn’t Boring” listeners that and Hudgens welcomed an infant daughter, one year after their son’s July 2024 arrival.
Hudgens and Tucker have not shared their kids’ names publicly and do not post photos of them on social media.
The pair, who started dating in 2020, also primarily keep their romance under wraps.
Hudgens did, however, reveal in April 2021 that she met her partner in a Zoom meditation group during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The MLB star popped the question in 2022, and the duo walked down the aisle in Mexico in December of the following year.
Before Tucker, Hudgens was in long-term relationships with actors Zac Efron and Austin Butler.
She was also briefly linked to “Hunger Games” star Josh Hutcherson and NBA player Kyle Kuzma.
