Amazon Has Deals on Nancy Silverton’s “Life Changing” Kitchen Items

If you’re going to take cooking advice from anyone, let it be culinary icon Nancy Silverton. The owner of several world-famous restaurants and author of nine (yes, nine) cookbooks, Nancy revealed her must-have kitchen items to E! News—and they’re all on sale during Amazon’s Big Spring Sale.

Of all the cooking utensils available, there are two that Nancy calls “life changing.” She’s talking about a humble microplane and classic mortar and pastle.

Nancy likes to keep things simple and cord-free, which is why these two items hold such special place in the trailblazing chef’s heart. “I am not a fan of any kind of kitchen gadget that plugs in, so [these are] right in my wheelhouse,” she explains.

She will make one exception, though: “I do love my KitchenAid mixer.” The chef’s favorite plug-in appliance is also deeply discounted on Amazon right now.
