Viewers can then see him touching her inappropriately while another passenger secretly records the whole act. Upon confrontation, the man tries to talk his way out of it, fumbling for excuses while making an attempt to divert attention, but eventually has to admit his wrongdoing.
An X user named @Prajapat204 originally posted the video and described the incident as “disgusting” and accused the man of having a “filthy mentality.” As the post gained massive traction online, netizens identified the man in the video as Shashi Bhushan Upadhyay.
Shashi Bhushan Upadhyay works as an HR Manager at K.K. Birla Sugar Company. On the direction of Bihar Police, the Gopalganj police replied on Twitter/X that the matter has been sent for the further action to the cyber department however Shashi is yet to be arrested.
