Cinque Mingma Angel Crimson Brothers, 24, appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, charged with one count of unlawful possession and for being a tenant who permitted a premises to be used for prostitution.
Crimson Brothers was charged in August by Perth detectives.
Police have alleged the Adelaide Terrace apartment was used for sex work for a month in July and August.

Meanwhile, scammers are preying on the good will of Perth locals by posing as family-run cleaning and car detailing businesses.
Community noticeboards for suburbs across Perth have received an uptick in the number of posts from the “family businesses”, which all claim to be doing it tough and make emotional pleas for work.
The posts are often made by businesses who claim to do cleaning work for cars and homes, and turn off comments for people can’t speak about their experiences trying to book with them.
